PRESENTATION TOPIC--  Seven Deadly Sins of Estate Planning

PRESENTATION OVERVIEW:
What is estate planning? Estate planning is about maintaining control of your assets during life and disability, but it is also about preserving the estate at death. A health care directive, for example, gives critical guidance to family and loved ones when you cannot make medical decisions or make your wishes known. One of the many advantages of having a power of attorney in place is to allow a designated agent to make reasonable and responsible decisions on your behalf. During this presentation, we will cover this and other important estate planning techniques.

ATTEND THIS MEETING TO LEARN:
1. How to protect your assets and avoid probate.
2. How to plan and understand the estate tax.
3. How to provide for tangible personal property.
