PRESENTATION TOPIC--  Hydro-Man Versus The Lithium Metal Benders

PRESENTATION OVERVIEW:
The world is witnessing the sudden emergence of the self-driving electric car and the apparent demise of the internal combustion engine. Driven by three mega-trends, the storms of Schumpeter’s “creative destruction” are nearing full force, threatening a radical transformation of both the domestic and global economies. Although the outcomes of trends like these are rarely predictable, speaker Barry Strudwick suggests that investors carefully consider their effects. At this meeting, Barry will peer into the future and shares his views of economic implications and potential investment opportunities and complications of disruptive mega-trends.

ATTEND THIS MEETING TO LEARN:
1. The three disruptive mega-trends that are already converging and about to impact auto and energy investments.
2. How to invest ahead of these waves, and why chasing Tesla and Uber could be sucker plays.
3. A fourth mega-trend—off almost everyone’s radar—could be closer than we think. (We’ll discuss an investment that could provide a “free lottery ticket” to play this technology.

Fifteen years ago, when ETFs were mere side attractions, he presented the idea of using them to structure portfolios.
